Our Specialty

Sadly, are often confronted with the prospect of neck or back surgery, or they have already experienced spinal surgery and wish to avoid procedure.
Conditions we Treat
At Pinnacle Neck and Back, we specialize in treating a variety of spine and musculoskeletal conditions, including:

Sciatica
Sciatic nerve pain, commonly known as sciatica, is a sharp, burning, or shooting pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve. This nerve extends from the lower back, through the buttocks, and down each leg. The pain typically affects one side of the body and can vary in intensity, ranging from mild discomfort to severe, debilitating pain.

Bulging Discs
A bulging disc in the back occurs when one of the intervertebral discs—soft, cushion-like structures between the vertebrae—protrudes beyond its normal boundary. Unlike a herniated disc, where the disc's outer layer tears and allows the inner gel-like material to leak out, a bulging disc maintains its outer layer intact but extends outward, often pressing on nearby nerves.

Herniated Disc
A herniated disc in the back, also known as a slipped or ruptured disc, occurs when the soft inner gel-like material (nucleus pulposus) of an intervertebral disc pushes through a tear or weakness in the tough outer layer (annulus fibrosus). This can irritate nearby nerves, leading to pain, numbness, and weakness. It is most common in the lower back (lumbar spine) but can also occur in the neck (cervical spine).

Degenerative Disc Disease
Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) is a condition where the intervertebral discs in the spine gradually wear down over time, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Despite its name, it is not a disease but rather a natural part of aging that can cause discomfort when discs lose hydration, shrink, and lose their ability to cushion the spine effectively.

Posterior Facet Syndrome
Posterior Facet Syndrome is a condition caused by degeneration or irritation of the facet joints—the small stabilizing joints in the spine that connect vertebrae. These joints help control movement and provide stability, but when they become inflamed or worn down, they can cause chronic neck or back pain.
